Olde South-South View is a self-managing community. That means that the full operations of our HOA are managed by our volunteer Board of Directors and Committee Members! By doing so, our residents enjoy a low annual HOA membership fee. Because we are a working board, we’re always in need of extra help, so come join us!

Your HOA Board of Directors and Committee members consist of your neighbors who are all volunteering their time and efforts on your behalf! We welcome new neighbors and encourage them to get involved. Our goal is to foster a true sense of small town community where neighbors know each other. We welcome new ideas and new committees, clubs and committee members! Our Board of Directors terms are two years, so we encourage you to let us know if you’re interested in serving your community!
